Complaint form to download

The warranty period for all goods ordered in the online store is 24 months. The warranty period begins on the day the goods are received to the customer. Incomplete shipment or damage to the goods must be recorded and stated immediately after receipt and inspection in the delivery note of the courier company that delivered the goods to you.

Late claims for incomplete shipments or mechanical damage to the product may not be accepted. If you want to claim purchased goods, please contact us first. Return the goods (after agreement with us) to DOUBLE RED, Štúrova 20, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia. Goods must be shipped as a parcel by registered mail. Do not send goods by cash on delivery. Include a complaint form, a copy of the tax document (invoice) that we sent you with the goods. For quick and accurate processing of the complaint you can use our complaint form.

Upon receipt of the claimed goods, we will contact you immediately by e-mail or telephone and we will agree with you to quickly resolve the problem. The complaint will be settled as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the claimed goods. You will be informed about the result of the complaint immediately after the end of the complaint inspection by e-mail and you will receive a complaint report together with the goods.
