RETURN POLICY

All items bought at www.doublered.eu can be returned without stating the reason within 14 days from delivery. If you choose to abandon buying contract without stating the reason you will be charged for delivery costs. It is strictly necessary to abandon the contract in an official way (letter, e-mail). This right is in accordance with the European Union legislation. It is NOT possible to abandon the contract after 7 days from delivery. The items you wish to return must be sent to "DOUBLE RED, Štúrova 20, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia" as a registered parcel along with "Abandonment of contract" form and a copy of the invoice you have received.

You will get a full refund. You can choose between a voucher with the same value as returned item(s) or transaction of money to your bank account.

It is impossible to abandon the buying contract in the following cases:

  • The item(s) is/are visibly damaged
  • The item(s) is/are not in original packing (was unpacked)
  • The item(s) is/are not complete (without accessories (if any), manual, warranty, etc. )

If the claim for return is not in accordance with the above-stated facts, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer on his costs.


EXCHANGE POLICY

All items bought at www.doublered.eu can be exchanged for other sizes within 14 days from delivery. Changes of the size are possible without stating the reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Only if it is undamaged and in its original packaging. In the case of unwarranted termination of the contract, you will be charged for shipping costs. Transportation costs are NOT charged to the customer. Contact us about which size and model you are interested in. Pack the product you wish to exchange along with a copy of the invoice received. We will arrange a courier who will exchange the size for you.

It is impossible to exchange the size in the following cases:

  • The item(s) is/are visibly damaged
  • The item(s) is/are visibly worn out
  • The item(s) is/are not complete (without accessories (if any), manual, warranty, etc. )

If the claim for exchange is not in accordance with the above-stated facts, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer on his costs.
