RETURN POLICY

All items bought at www.doublered.eu can be returned without stating the reason within 14 days from delivery. If you choose to abandon buying contract without stating the reason you will be charged for delivery costs. It is strictly necessary to abandon the contract in official way (letter, e-mail). This right is in accordance with the European Union legislation. It is NOT possible to abandon the contract after 7 days from delivery. The items you wish to return must be sent to "DOUBLE RED Germany UG, Moritzstraße 1, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany" as a registered parcel along with "Abandonement of contract" form and a copy of the invoice you have received.

You will get full refund. You can choose between a voucher with the same value as returned item(s) or transaction of money to your bank account.

It is impossible to abandon buying contract in following cases:

  • The item is visibly damaged
  • The item is not in original packing (was unpacked)
  • The item is not complete (without accessories (if any), manual, warranty, etc. )

If the claim for return is not in accordance with the above stated facts, the item(s) will be sent back to customer on his costs.


EXCHANGE POLICY

All items bought at www.doublered.eu can be exchanged for other size within 14 days from delivery. Replacement of the size is possible without giving a reason within 14 days of recieving of the goods. In case you plan to buy our goods as a Christmas present and the size does not fit, it is possible to replace the goods even after the New Year. Only if it is undamaged and in its original packaging. In case of unwarranted termination of the contract, you will be charged for shipping costs.Transportation costs are NOT charged to customer. Contact us about which size and model you are intersted in. Pack the unwanted size along with a copy of the invoice received. We will arrange a courier who will exchange the sizes for you.
It is impossible to exchange the size in following cases:

  • The item is visibly damaged
  • The item is visibly worn out
  • The item is not complete (without accessories (if any), manual, warranty, etc. )

If the claim for exchange is not in accordance with the above stated facts, the item(s) will be sent back to customer on his costs.
